PLEASE READ:
DO NOT COME TO PRACTICE OR GAME IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS:
- Fever or chills
- Cough or Cold
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose not allergy related
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea
A. Arrival at practice/game field
- Players must stay in vehicles until coach to begin practice or game. NO PLAYER SHOULD EXIT THE VEHICLE, GO ONTO THE FIELD AND BE LEFT ALONE AT THE FIELD FOR PRACTICE or GAME.
- Players will maintain 6 FEET apart until social distancing guidelines suggest otherwise.
- Players will wear masks whenever physical exertion is not required of them and prior to start and entering practice or the game field.
- Players will be required to wash hands or sanitized (at-least with 60% or higher alcohol concentration) prior to the start of practice or game.
- Each player will leave personal equipment in their car or outside the field to maintain social distancing OF SIX FEET APART.
- Coaches will take attendance and keep a log in case contract tracing is necessary.
B. Participation during practice/games
- Players will maintain social distancing guidelines while at practice or games which included but not limited to 6 feet apart.
- Players are not to touch or share anyone else’s equipment, water, snack or bag etc.
- All team equipment will be properly sanitized before and after practice or games.
- Volunteers remaining at the field as coaches, team parents, etc. will remain masked and observe social distancing best practices.
C. Departure from practice and games
- Players leaving will wear masks and be required to wash hands or sanitized (at-least with 60% or higher alcohol concentration) hands prior to leaving.
- Players will go directly to their transportation and will maintain social distancing of 6 feet apart until they are inside their vehicles.
- Players will not congregate at the field, once practice or game is over players will be required to leave the field.
D. Report of Confirmed case of Covid 19
